"Alexis was my best friend since 3rd grade. Before she moved i was used to seeing her every single day. Each day was an abosolute pleasure to get up and go to school just knowing that she would be there. Because of her, life was never boring. She was so selfless and always thought of others before herself. I know that Alexis's move was for the best...because it allowed her to touch many other people's lives..just like she touched mine. There isn't a day that goes by where i don't think of her and pray to God that she will just walk through the door. I love her parents and her siblings so much. They are my family and always will be. I greatly enjoyed being able to visit Alexis's home in Mascotte because it made me realize that she was the same person and she would beam wherever she went. I know the pain that her other friends and family are still feeling.
